30 Day Returns

To submit your return, please click here.

• You’ll have 30 days to lodge your return via our portal. Once lodged, you’ll receive your return shipping label.
• All returns are processed within 5-7 business days.
• Once processed, you’ll receive your store credit via email which is valid for 6 months, giving you plenty of time to decide on your next purchase.
• High value items with the security ribbon either damaged or detached will not be eligible for return.
• Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled. See the full returns policy here.

EU Right of Withdrawal

• If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
