To submit your return, please visit your PROFILE and select CREATE A RETURN.

We do not provide refunds for returns, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes.
Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s.
You’ll have 30 days to lodge your return via our portal. Once lodged, you’ll receive your return shipping label.
All returns are processed within 5-7 business days.
Once processed, you’ll receive your store credit via email which is valid for 6 months, giving you plenty of time to decide on your next purchase.
All store credits are issued in AUD.
High value items with the security ribbon either damaged or detached will not be eligible for return.
Items marked a FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
Accessories, Bodysuits and Lingerie are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately.
Babyboo is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal are subject to the same policy. Your agreement with Afterpay still stands and you will be required to pay off any scheduled repayments.
Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.

Swimwear is eligible for return for store credit, provided all of the conditions below are met.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
All original tags must still be attached.
Please try on swimwear over your underwear.
The hygiene sticker must remain attached and undamaged. Any item returned with a hygiene sticker that has been removed, detached or damaged will not be eligible for return.
The 30 day return window, store credit terms and return shipping conditions outlined above apply to all swimwear returns.
Any swimwear item(s) that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.
