To submit your return, please visit your PROFILE and select CREATE A RETURN.

We're now offering Shopnow and Instant Exchanges. This means you can exchange your size or shop now with your store credit, and get your goodies right away.

RETURNS POLICY

• We do not provide refunds for returns, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes.
• Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s.
• You’ll have 30 days to return your order from delivery date.
• All store credits are issued in AUD.
• Items marked a FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Accessories, Lingerie and swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately.
• Babyboo is not responsible for return shipping costs.
• Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal are subject to the same policy. Your agreement with Afterpay still stands and you will be required to pay off any scheduled repayments.
