EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to submit your withdrawal request:

• Your request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this quickly and easily via the following link: Submit EU Withdrawal Request.
• Once submitted, you'll receive an automatic confirmation that your request has been received, along with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Returning your items:

• Items must be returned without undue delay and in accordance with the return instructions provided. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. A return shipping label will be provided upon submission of your request; the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
• All items must be returned in their original condition and in accordance with our standard return conditions outlined below.

Refunds:

• If your withdrawal request is valid, we will refund the value of the eligible item(s) along with the original standard delivery charge where applicable. Please note we may hold your refund until we've received your item(s) back, or until proof of postage has been provided.
• Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and you'll be notified of the outcome. Refunds are returned to your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
• Your right of withdrawal exists alongside our standard returns policy and does not limit any other rights you may have under consumer law.

Return conditions:

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition All tags attached
• Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or perfume
• The following items are not eligible for return: Item/s marked Final sale
• Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty items?

• If you believe you've received a faulty item, please continue to lodge your return, upload some images and we will review this and get back to you within 3 days.
