How long does it take for you to reply to my email?
Babyboo Fashion Customer Care team strive to respond to all customer Emails as quick as possible! Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. This timeframe may be extended due to sale periods. Please note, re-sending emails will unfortunately not result in a quicker response

Yes! BABYBOO Fashion use eWay & PayPal to process all credit card transactions to ensure our customers are protected. Our website is industry-standard and fraud-protected and keeping your information is safe and secure. Every time you visit, we do not store any credit card information. HOW DO I USE MY CREDIT NOTE / STORE CREDIT?
Easy! To use your BABYBOO Fashion credit note, Simply:
- Go to babyboofashion.com and add your loved products to your Shopping Bag.
- Go through the Check-Out Process as normal.
- On the ‘Shipping & Payment’ step of the Checkout process, select the ‘Gift Card’ option as your Payment Method.
- On the ‘Place Order’ step, simply enter your Gift Card Code, in the gift card field.
(Please note, a credit note is another form of gift card)

HOW DO I CHANGE THE CURRENCY?
BABYBOO Fashion is an international online store, and we take orders and ship them worldwide!
In order to change display currency open the menu (top left on mobile) and click ‘Change Currency’ and simply select your country's currency and all our website prices* will automatically change to your selected currency.

I RECEIVED A BABYBOO FASHION GIFT CARD. HOW DO I USE IT?
Lucky You! To use your BABYBOO Fashion Gift-Card, Simply:
- Go to babyboofashion.com and add your loved products to your Shopping Bag.
- Go through the Check-Out Process as normal.
- On the ‘Shipping & Payment’ step of the Checkout process, select the ‘Gift Card’ Option as your Payment Method.
- On the ‘Place Order’ step, simply enter your Gift Card Code, in the Gift Card field.

DO I NEED TO USE MY CREDIT NOTE/ GIFT CARD IN ONE TRANSACTION/ ORDER?
Nope. You do not need to use your entire BABYBOO Fashion Credit Note / Gift Card all in one transaction/ order. If you do have remaining value (balance) on your Credit Note/ Gift Card your Credit value (balance) will be updated and you can continue to use the same gift card for a number of future purchases, until it runs out of value.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
YES! You will receive an email confirmation after purchasing your order, to confirm we have received your order successfully.
If for some reason, you did not receive a confirmation email, please:
- Check your Promotional, Spam & Junk folder of your email inbox as it may have automatically filtered through OR
- Contact our Customer Care team below to forward this email to you again.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
If you have mistakenly checked out with an incorrect address, please contact us urgently. Please ensure you include your New / Correct Shipping Address in the message field so we can update your shipping address promptly & complete your order with no delays. We are generally able to change the shipping address, unless the order has already been shipped.

Unfortunately orders can't be altered once they have been placed. If you have realised any information is incorrect on your order please contact us immediately however, we can't guarantee any changes can be made.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to your existing order. Please place a new order for the item & contact us immediately. We will happily issue you a store credit note for any additional shipping paid, if we're able to combine your orders to the same shipment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Delivery Time
All orders made before 12:00pm (AEDT/ Sydney Time) Monday to Friday, are Picked, Packed, and Shipped off the same day. All orders made on weekends, will be fulfilled the following business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during sale periods.
Australia orders: If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order please email us with your order number. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and unfortunately you were not home! Resulting in your parcel to be waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
International orders: If you have not received your order after (Express: 6 days) & (Standard: 22 days), Please track your package to find its location and call your national postal service with your tracking number.
Delivery
If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you will be left a calling card.
Australian customers: Your order will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the package from your local post office with your Photo ID.
International customers: Please contact DHL in your country to reschedule re-delivery for when best suits you.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order is packed & leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number. You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online in our logistics partner's portal. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse (on it’s way to you).
Order’s placed on:
- Weekdays (Between Monday to Friday), please allow up to 48 hrs to receive a tracking number
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), will receive a Tracking Number the following working date (Monday).
- Public holiday’s will receive a Tracking Number the following working date.
If for some reason, you did not receive your tracking number, please:
- Check your Promotional, Spam & Junk folder of your email inbox as it may have automatically filtered through OR
- Contact our Customer Care team below to provide a Tracking Number to you.

Unfortunately, if you checked out with the delivery method of ‘Standard International Shipping (with signature on delivery)’ OR ‘Standard Shipping (no tracking)’, you will not be able to track your order.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT DO I DO?
If you are in Australia or chose DHL Express as your delivery option/method, and not yet have received your order within 5 business days of placing your order, please ‘click here’ to contact us by filling in the contact us form.
All other destinations, please allow up to 20 business days after placing your order before using the above method to contact us. -
DO YOU SEND TO PO BOXES?
Yes! We do send orders to PO Boxes! Please note, DHL Express deliveries do not accept PO Box addresses.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
Easy! If you are not in-love with the product that you have purchased, Babyboo will provide you with a full store credit.
RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- All returns will be issued a store credit (that will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).
- The returned item(s) must meet the 'condition of return' criteria (detailed below)
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
- Customers who have received product/s with a manufacturing fault or incorrect item, will receive a refund. (Note: Babyboo Warehouse will undertake strict quality control on every item prior dispatch & upon receiving return).
- Please take due care when trying on any product/s. (Item/s manually defected/ that does not comply with our returns policy will be declined/ returned).
- Babyboo is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not issue Store credit or refund on original shipping charges.
CONDITION OF RETURN
All Garment/s must be returned:
- In Original condition, unworn & unwashed (Free of any stains from Makeup, deodorant, or wear)
- With all Tags attached in original packaging.
All Shoes must be returned:
- In original undamaged shoebox
- In the same condition, as delivered to you,
- Must be tried on indoors/ soft floor.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
At the moment BABYBOO Fashion is not unfortunately able to process exchanges of the same product (eg. size swap), however;
- A Store Credit will be issued, so you can re-purchase a new item.
- If you need an urgent exchange, we would highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return, and we will issue you with a Store Credit, once we receive your unwanted item. (As we do NOT hold items nor exchange, while your item is being sent back).

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Sale items can NOT be returned (Excluding full priced items purchased using a discount code)
For Safety/ Hygiene purposes, the following can not be returned:
- Accessories (Any products within Accessories category)
- Lingerie
- Swimwear (without a hygiene sticker)

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To ensure your returning item(s) is eligible to be returned, please read our Returns Policy.
Please note: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
AUSTRALIAN Customers:
Simply create & print your Returns Label from: HERENote: With this label, you simply need to pop the return into your local Australia Post box.
UK & US Customers:
Simply create & print your Returns Label from: HERENote: With this label, you simply need to pop the return into your local post box.
INTERNATIONAL Customers:- Simply 'Download' our Returns form HERE
- Print this Returns form and ensure your returning item ticks all our return policy requirements.
- Fill out your details clearly.
- Include the return form in your returning package.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
BABYBOO Fashion offers store credit for any full-priced items that are returned within 30 days of ordering. (Exclusions apply).

Returns received later then 30 days from Purchase date, a $5.00 AUD processing fee will be deducted from your Store Credit Note.
Returns received later than 35 days, will not be accepted & will be returned to the customer. -
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN & CREDIT?
The Babyboo Fashion Returns Team aims to process your return as quickly as possible! It may take 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after it reaches our Returns Warehouse.
Depending on the service & country you’re returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days ( excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
- Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used to create the order.
- For payment made with both credit card and gift card/store credit, the refund will be applied to the gift card/store credit first
- Please do not email regarding the arrival of your return, unless it has been 15 days from receiving your return.
- You will be informed via the email address that you provided for your order, when this transaction is complete.
- Store Credit will be issued via Email and in the form of a code & remain valid for 6 months upon receiving email.
Note: Babyboo does not operate on Public Holidays, all returns will be processed the following working day.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
We recommend you use tracked parcels when sending returns back to the Babyboo Fashion warehouse. Once it has arrived at the warehouse and the Babyboo Fashion Returns Team have processed your return you will be notified by email with the amount of Store Credit that you have been assigned to. Currently we have no method of notifying you when we receive your return. Please note, Babyboo Fashion is not responsible for any return parcels lost by Australia Post or any other couriers.

WHAT IS A STORE CREDIT / CREDIT NOTE?
A credit note is a monetary voucher you receive in the form of a unique code via an email. or customer service. It contains the value of your credit & the code to use at checkout for your next purchase at BABYBOO Fashion online store. (Please note, a Store Credit is the same, just another term used).
- All credit notes have a 6-month expiry
- All credit notes will be processed and sent out after the returned item(s) is authorised / accepted by Babyboo Returns team (exclusions apply)
- All credit notes are provided in Australian dollars.

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?
The BABYBOO Fashion Packing team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality.
If you have received a faulty Item, not to worry, please email our Customer Support team (within 5 days of receiving package) via this form or by sending an email to contactus@babyboofashion.com to be instructed what to do PRIOR to shipping your return.
- You will not be reimbursed Returns fee's if our Support team have not advised you via email, prior returning the faulty package.
- Be sure to use a traceable delivery method for returning your item/s, as Babyboo is not held responsible for lost/ damaged returns in transit.

AfterPay, ZIP & LayBuy returns undergo the same process.
Note: Your personal agreement with AfterPay & LayBuy still stands & you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET IT?
Easy! To reset your password, simply select the ‘Forgotten Password’ link and you will be sent an email which will explain how you can change your password.
If you are able to sign into your account, select the ‘Edit your details’ heading and then select the ‘Change Password’ box. A drop down menu will appear asking you to enter your old password and then select a new password before hitting ‘Save’. Your password will now be successfully updated!

To Request for a restock, simply:
1. Click on the (out-of-stock) product you want Babyboo Fashion to re-stock.
2. Select your size, (Which is sold out)
3. Click the ‘Request to Restock’ button, (Located below the ‘Add to Cart’ button)
4. Lastly, Just enter your Email Address in the pop up box.Now you will be notified Via Email once the product is back in stock!

DO YOU RESTOCK EVERY PRODUCT?
We are always working on restocking our most popular styles and encourage you to sign up to 'Notify me when back in stock' located on the product page of the out-of-stock item.
We can't always give a heads up about product restocks as it's always subject to change. To be the first to find out restock dates, ensure you have requested a restock for the product you wish to purchase, then keep a close eye your emails as we will email as soon as it comes in stock.
