As the Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for focusing on increasing the brand exposure for the business through influencer marketing strategies, creative outreach campaigns & the generation of on-brand influencer/ blogger content, whilst strengthening relationships.



  • Approving, & allocating budgets to influencers.
  • Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, i.e. Online & Events.
  • Identify influencer marketing opportunities for brand promotion.
  • Ability to calculate ROI of deals & offers (with strong negotiation skills)
  • Ability to solely hand pick key/ top performers & top on brand inspo/content.
  • Ability to grow, nurture & monitor a team.
  • Take ownership and lead all digital PR and outreach campaigns
  • Contact and build relationships with influencers and clients.
  • Able to draw conclusions from numbers/ performance.
  • Ability to understand the BABYBOO brand image & base judgment on content.
  • Producing valuable & insightful reports.
  • Develop innovative, & creative unique approaches to influencer marketing.
  • Communicate results, internally and to relevant teams.
  • Lead building and maintaining influencer database.



  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience within a PR role.
  • Qualification in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (liaising with agencies, influencers, & internal teams)
  • Understand costings/rates, & strongly confident in making costly decisions.
  • Comfortable attending client facing meetings.
  • A solid understanding of the Babyboo Fashion brand image & Social aesthetic.
  • Be familiar with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to think quick of appropriate strategies in unique/ potentially negative situations.
  • Ability to come to a positive win/ win solution.
  • A great understanding of key influencers.
  • Confident in your ability to calculate positive/ profitable ROI deals & offers.
  • Ability to grow, nurture & monitor a team.
  • Be flexible, adaptable and ready to learn quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task is vital.



  • Must be available Full-time.
  • 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
