International Returns

To submit your return, please click here.

For all our International customers, you will be able to lodge your return through our new portal. Unfortunately, we're unable to issue a paid label at this time so please take your return into your local post office, and ship this back to the address provided. Please ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number/information so you can track its journey. 

RETURNS POLICY

• We do not provide refunds for returns, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes.
• Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s.
• You’ll have 30 days to return your order from delivery date.
• All store credits are issued in AUD.
• High value items with the security ribbon either damaged or detached will not be eligible for return.
• Items marked a FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Jewellery, shoes, bodysuits and selected lingerie products are final sale and cannot be returned. Please check the returns policy on the product page for further information.
  
• If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately.
• Babyboo is not responsible for return shipping costs.
• Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal are subject to the same policy. Your agreement with Afterpay still stands and you will be required to pay off any scheduled repayments.
• Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.

SWIMWEAR RETURNS POLICY

Swimwear is eligible for return for store credit, provided all of the conditions below are met.

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Please try on swimwear over your underwear.
• The hygiene sticker must remain attached and undamaged. Any item returned with a hygiene sticker that has been removed, detached or damaged will not be eligible for return.
• The 30 day return window, store credit terms and return shipping conditions outlined above apply to all swimwear returns.
• Any swimwear item(s) that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.

CONDITION OF RETURN

Please take care when trying on any products.

All garment/s must be returned: 

• Unworn and unwashed.
• With all original tags still attached.
• In all correct and original packaging.
• No smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
• All shoes must be returned in the original shoe box (as it was delivered to you) and must be tried on indoors/soft floor (no scuff marks).
• Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.
