- You’ll have 30 days to lodge your return via our portal. Once lodged, you’ll receive your return shipping label.
- All returns are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Once processed, you’ll receive your store credit via email which is valid for 6 months, giving you plenty of time to decide on your next purchase.
RETURNS POLICY
- We do not provide refunds for returns, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes.
- Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s.
- You’ll have 30 days to return your order from delivery date.
- All store credits are issued in AUD.
- High value items with the security ribbon either damaged or detached will not be eligible for return.
- Items marked a FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately.
- Babyboo is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal are subject to the same policy. Your agreement with Afterpay still stands and you will be required to pay off any scheduled repayments.
- Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.
CONDITION OF RETURN
Please take care when trying on any products.
All garment/s must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- With all original tags still attached.
- In all correct and original packaging.
- No smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
- All shoes must be returned in the original shoe box (as it was delivered to you) and must be tried on indoors/soft floor (no scuff marks).
- Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.
