We’re now offering instant exchanges, which means you can exchange your size and get your goodies right away.
You will have 30 days to lodge your return but if you opt to exchange or use your credit to shop straight away, the below will apply.
- You'll have 14 days to ship your return back to us (all it needs to be is returned and scanned at the post office, not physically returned to our hub or warehouse).
- A $1 pre-authorisation fee will be held on your card and in the event your return isn't scanned within 14 days, you will be charged the full fee of your exchange.
- All returns will be charged a handling fee. Handling fees will cover the cost of the return, and shipping out your exchange or Shopnow purchase.
If you're undecided about an exchange, no worries - you can still return your item/s for a store credit to use later. You'll have six months from the date of issue to use your credit.
RETURNS POLICY
- We do not provide refunds for returns, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes.
- Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s.
- You’ll have 30 days to return your order from delivery date.
- All store credits are issued in AUD.
- High value items with the security ribbon either damaged or detached will not be eligible for return.
- Items marked a FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately.
- Babyboo is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal are subject to the same policy. Your agreement with Afterpay still stands and you will be required to pay off any scheduled repayments.
- Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.
CONDITION OF RETURN
Please take care when trying on any products.
All garment/s must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- With all original tags still attached.
- In all correct and original packaging.
- No smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
- All shoes must be returned in the original shoe box (as it was delivered to you) and must be tried on indoors/soft floor (no scuff marks).
- Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.
