Gifted collaboration influencer agreement

BACKGROUND

Babyboo wishes to collaborate with you to create and share content featuring Babyboo products across your social media platforms.

By accepting and proceeding with this collaboration — including receiving or using Babyboo products — the Talent agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.

This is a gifted collaboration. Babyboo will provide complimentary products in exchange for content creation promoting through your social platforms. No monetary payment will be made for this collaboration.

The Talent grants Babyboo Fashion the right to use, share, and repurpose the content created under this agreement for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including organic and paid use across social media, websites, email marketing, and other marketing channels.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Content Delivery

  • The Talent must create and publish all agreed content within two (2) weeks of receiving the Gifted Products, unless otherwise arranged with the Babyboo collaborations team.
  • High-resolution versions of all created content must be provided to Babyboo upon request.

Content Requirements

Instagram & TikTok

All posts must include:

  • A tag to [@babyboofashion] within the photo/video.
  • A mention of [@babyboofashion] in the caption.
  • The hashtags #babyboo and #babyboofashion.
  • Optional hashtags to boost engagement: #babyboohaul, #babyboodress.

Captions

Keep captions short, descriptive, and engaging — highlight:

  • The product and occasion.
  • Personal styling or fit details.
  • Emotion or excitement about wearing Babyboo.
  • Place @babyboofashion near the start of the caption (above the “more” fold).

Engagement

  • Respond to audience questions on collaboration posts — e.g. size worn, fit, or product name.
  • Maintain a positive, confident, and brand-aligned tone.

Styling & Presentation

  • No other fashion brands should be tagged or worn in Babyboo collaboration content, except designer labels.
  • Footwear and accessories should align with Babyboo’s elevated aesthetic — heels are preferred unless otherwise agreed.
  • Outfits must be styled to clearly showcase the Babyboo garment as seen on the website. Please avoid covering items with jackets, arms, or accessories unless pre-approved.

CONTENT USAGE & RIGHTS

  • Babyboo Fashion may repurpose, share, edit, and use the Talent’s content across Babyboo marketing channels, including:

    Social media (organic and paid)
    Website and newsletters
    Digital and print campaigns

  • Babyboo will credit the Talent where reasonably possible.
  • The Talent agrees not to request removal, modification, or compensation for future use of the created content.

  

BRAND REPRESENTATION

The Talent agree to:

  • Represent Babyboo Fashion in a positive, aspirational, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Avoid any actions, content, or statements that could harm Babyboo’s image or reputation.
  • Reflect Babyboo’s confident, feminine, and fashion-forward brand identity in all shared content.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared by Babyboo Fashion (including product details, launch information, or campaign briefs) is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without Babyboo’s written consent.

  

GENERAL TERMS

  • This collaboration is non-exclusive and non-monetary.
  • Babyboo reserves the right to withdraw from the collaboration if these terms are not met.
  • Any variations to these terms must be agreed in writing by Babyboo Fashion.

By accepting and proceeding with this collaboration — including receiving, using, or posting content featuring Babyboo products — the Talent acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Gifted Collaboration Agreement.
