BABYBOO offers fast and reliable shipping to Australia. Orders to this market ship from our Australian warehouse. Delivery timeframes below start from the business day after your order is dispatched and are an estimated guide only. All delivery timeframes are in business days and exclude weekends and public/bank/federal holidays.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We now offer same day delivery to select suburbs across Melbourne, VIC. Place your order before 1:00pm AEST on a business day** and get your order between 6pm - 9pm the same day.

How to select Same Day Shipping:

2. Add your address and proceed to Shipping
3. If your address is within the eligible range you will see the option to choose Same Day Shipping

AUSTRALIA

PLEASE NOTE

• DHL Express do NOT deliver to / accept PO BOX deliveries.
• The following countries have temporarily suspended all DHL standard shipping however they are accepting DHL Express shipping only: Bonaire, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Guinea, Laos, Mauritius, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Reunion, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan.
• The following countries MUST provide a street address when using standard shipping: Jordan.

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 business days, Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public/bank holiday where the warehouse is located will be dispatched the next business day.

During sales, peak periods and holidays, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. For standard shipping services, please allow up to 2 business days to see the first tracking update.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days, please check your junk or spam folder, as it may have been automatically filtered.

You can also track your order at any time using Track My Order at the bottom of our website.

DELIVERY

Most orders are delivered with Authority to Leave, meaning a signature is not required, depending on the carrier and destination. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place. If you're unable to locate it, check your tracking link for proof of delivery, as carriers will usually take a photo of where it was left. If you're concerned about unattended deliveries, we recommend using an alternative delivery address.

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order is placed, so please double check your details at checkout.

DUTIES & TAXES

UK, Canada and EU: Duties and taxes are included and paid at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. EU member states covered: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

If you are asked to pay duties or taxes on delivery for an order to one of these countries, please contact our customer care team before paying.

United States: Orders ship from our US warehouse, so there are no import duties or tariffs to pay on delivery. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

All other countries: Duties and taxes are not included in your order total. If your order attracts import charges, these are payable by you to the carrier before delivery.

Babyboo does not collect these charges for other countries and cannot predict which orders they will apply to, as they vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

If a parcel to one of these countries is unclaimed or duties and taxes are refused, the carrier may destroy or abandon the parcel in the destination country. No refund will be provided for parcels that are unclaimed or refused.

DELAYS & LOST PARCELS

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and Babyboo is not responsible for delays in transit. If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact our customer care team and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier.

Once tracking confirms your order has been delivered, Babyboo is no longer responsible for the parcel. If you can't find it, check your safe place and the delivery photo on your tracking link, then contact us as soon as possible.

Customs clearance can occasionally cause delays that are outside our control.

RETURN TO SENDER

Orders returned to our warehouse as undeliverable will automatically receive store credit for the value of the items purchased, excluding original shipping costs, so you can place a new order with us.

To find out why your order was returned, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. This is usually due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

PRE-ORDERS

If an in-stock item is purchased with a pre-order item, the entire order will be placed on hold and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. If you would like in-stock items shipped straight away, we recommend placing separate orders.

Please note, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
